Already riding one?

Parts, charging, batteries, error codes, service. We would much rather answer a small question early than a large one late.

What we get asked most.

Batteries & charging

Charge times, storage over winter, what the ingress ratings do and do not cover, and what to do if a pack stops taking charge. Bring the model and, if you have it, the pack's date code.

Parts & consumables

Tyres, brake parts, controllers, body panels, keys and NFC cards. Tell us the model and what failed; part availability is the single thing that varies most, and we will give you the current position rather than a catalogue number that leads nowhere.

Service & faults

Error codes, no-start conditions, charging faults, and finding someone local who will actually take the work on. A photograph of the display beats a description of it.

Where to buy

The honest answer.

There is no US retail channel we can point you to today, and we are not going to invent one.

FELO sells through importers in Europe and Asia, and its published specifications are for those markets. None of the four models is confirmed as homologated for US road use, which affects registration, insurance and where a machine can legally be ridden. Anyone selling you one in the States should be able to tell you exactly which of those apply — in writing.

What we can do is tell you where things actually stand for the model you want, this month, and let you know when that changes. Ask, and you will get a real answer.

Specifications are FELO's published figures for its home and European markets. No FELO model is confirmed as US-homologated. Figures are provided for reference and are not an offer of sale.

Write to us.

Include the model and, where it helps, a photograph. It saves a round trip.

We use what you send only to reply. We do not sell it or add you to a list.
